We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Trainee, Greece to support our In Home & Away From Home business on a 12month breakthrough journey .

You will be based in Athens and reporting to Supply Chain Manager Southern Europe. With this exciting opportunity you will gain broad experience in our core Supply Chain processes ( Logistics, Master Data & Demand Planning) while simultaneously spending a significant amount of your time on functional improvement projects.
Among other, you will be working on
- Reporting to provide insights to the Sales and Operations, including historical sales trends, research demand drivers and forecasting.
- Support order processing and demand & supply review cycles through data preparation and follow-ups.
- Performance KPI’s monitoring and Master Data accuracy.
- Successful and on-time delivery of co-packing activities and process mapping.
- Support daily logistics operations, including monitoring deliveries, shipments, and transport performance.
- Assist in coordination with warehouses, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Help monitor stock levels and availability and support actions to avoid shortages or overstocks.

For this role as a Supply Chain Trainee, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or relevant fields, a Masters’ is considered an asset.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience within an international environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, high attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent command of both English and Greek.
- Proficiency in in MS Office applications, particularly Excel .
- Organized and structured with strong communication skills, a collaborative team-player mindset, and the ability to follow processes.
- Experience with SAP / Power BI / ERP systems is a plus.
