We are looking for a dynamic Student Assistant to join our Nordic Shopper Marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong growth mindset and see great opportunity in the coffee category in retail and are excited about making decisions based on data.  

The aim of the Student Assistant is to support the Shopper Marketing team as a valuable team member driving individual projects and areas of responsibility along with ad hoc assignments.

It is important for us to give our student assistants a thorough introduction and understanding of our business to identify talent that can become ready to step up as future full-time colleagues after graduating from university or business school.

As a student assistant, you will collaborate closely with various cross-functional stakeholders across the Nordics to ensure priorities are successfully executed. To be successful you need to have a can-do attitude, be able to prioritize your work, have strong project management, and a flair and interest in data insights as well as having interpersonal skills enabling you to deliver as planed while inspiring others in the process creating winning partnerships.

We do not expect you to have experience in all the below goals and accountabilities or expect you to possess all qualifications, but we value the right personality and cultural fit.

Goals & Accountabilities:

  • Monitor key retailer sites to secure updated content in terms of texts, assets etc.
  • Follow up on online retailer out of stock to secure additional sales.
  • Track online promos on retailer sites compared to competitors.
  • Maintenance of PIM/DAM (data/content management system) – update monthly with news, changes and expansion of assortment.   
  • Support on banner production to online campaigns.
  • Ensure texts and assets on all products in online assortment working closely with marketing.
  • Business Intelligence – draw out valuable insights to improve the coffee category.

Qualifications

  • Studying a relevant degree of business, (digital) marketing, sales or similar and with a couple of years left to study.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language along with English both oral and in writing.
  • Good skills in MS Office excel and PowerPoint.
  • Structural and analytical thinking with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Positive growth mindset and eager to develop within Retail and FMCG.
  • Strong team player and enjoy working in a dynamic team.
