Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Student Assistant to join our Field Sales Team. If you have strong attention to detail, enjoy optimizing processes, and have an interest in performance analytics, this role could be a great fit for you! We will offer you a thorough onboarding in all our systems and processes, and will support you all the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update customer data and manage ongoing changes in our Customer Relationship Management system (C4C).
  • Follow up on sales consultants’ performance and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of sales meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics for events.
  • Prepare and update key Excel files to track consultant visits, sales performance, and merchandising budgets.
  • Monitor and update weekly performance communications with key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales team to identify opportunities for smarter work processes and suggest proactive improvements.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying a relevant degree related to business, marketing, or sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential for managing and reporting data.
  •  A structured, analytical mindset.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language along with English both oral and in writing.

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience with or an interest in learning CRM systems.
  • Have experience in retail or customer service, especially with a good understanding of field sales or merchandising.
  • Have experience with PowerBI.
  • Are a proactive problem-solver who can identify areas for improvement and take initiative.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position with a weekly workload ranging from 10 to 15 hours. Our office is located in Ørestad, Copenhagen, with convenient access to both the metro and train.
